Strong will
If there is no strong will of love in reality for the nation, one will not have enough will to work for it and there will be no way to make any progress with regard to the work structure.

Organizational Structure
If the organizational structure is not clearly defined, the organization will not come into shape and so it will not be able to hold its stability and the faith of our people concerned for so long.

Work Structure
When there is no work structure, no progress will be seen. This means the work to be done will just be based on emotions. (It will just be from the voice of the leaders that the work to be done can come into existence.) Cannot check for abilities of member.

Why our national activities have not come to the apex is that our Tai leaders are lacking of the five facts mentioned above. The worse is we do not know ourselves that we lack of those five facts above.
